We did have a bid on the California Spyder in the end - and got close - but as a business decided it was getting commercially non-viable with commission and the fact that if you were not going to sell it straight away - a preservation or restoration exercise would burn time. Anyway hats off to the winner - great car!
We'll use this opportunity to point out that at the moment we have a lovely Ferrari 250 GT Series I Cabriolet in stock - at the time factory literature indicated a list price of $14,950 for a new Cabriolet, $3,000 more than the California Spider.
